By law, the following positions require fingerprinting and a criminal history check due to unsupervised contact with students. High school coaching positions require an NFSH (National Federation of State High School Associations) certification. A first aid card and bloodborne pathogen training are required before beginning duties. Requirements: Experience in appropriate sport/activity and/or coaching.

A first aid card and bloodborne pathogen training are required before beginning duties. Requirements: Experience in appropriate sport/activity and/or coaching.
Coaching applicants are required to apply online using the Gresham-Barlow School District online application system.
All inquires must go through GBSD Human Resources. We ask that you do NOT send application materials or contact the schools or principals directly.

- Complete the Profile including selecting the Extra Curricular (Coach-Advisor) role
- Complete all sections under Application.
- Make sure your Application Status under General is active
- Look under Jobs for Current Openings (jobs are also posted on this website) and apply online for job postings you would like to be considered for. School principals, athletic directors, and other administrators will be able to view your application online. Go ahead and apply for job postings as soon as you see them. Don't wait for the Bargaining Unit Members date to pass.
