The location of the Gresham-Barlow School District’s May 4 Budget Committee Meeting has changed. The meeting will be held at Gordon Russell Middle School, 3625 E Powell Valley Road in Gresham. The meeting begins at 7 p.m. The Budget Committee is scheduled to approve the budget and forward it to the school board for adoption.

Additional meeting to receive public testimony
The Budget Committee has added another meeting to its calendar to receive public testimony. That meeting will take place at 7 p.m. on April 30 at Gordon Russell Middle School.

The formal budget process concludes on June 25, when the school board meets to hold a formal hearing on the proposed budget and to vote on whether to adopt the budget. The school board is required by state law to have a budget adopted by June 30, 2009.
