Welcome to the Technology Help Desk
The Technology Help Desk is available to all GBSD staff. If you are a GBSD staff member and in need of immediate technical support, please call our Help Desk directly at (503) 258-4755 between the hours of 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM on normal school days. Our technical staff will work to provide a solution as quickly as possible. If you need to submit a service request (example: if you need to have a new printer setup or you need a new software application installed) please submit a ticket through our district online ticket system called Web Help Desk (information below).

Web Help Desk
Why submit your request online? The online Web Help Desk system is a resource that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for those that want to submit a help request. When you submit your request online it is automatically routed to the person responsible for supporting your issue in your location. Emails are automatically sent to support staff so they are alerted as soon as possible during normal business hours. For your convenience, you can track the progress of any issue you submit through the Web Help Desk.
What kind of support is provided? Through the Web Help Desk, you can request support for Technology Services (computers, printers, software, network issues, new purchases, etc.) or Information Services (Synergy, state reporting, district database & information systems).
