Selecting the Question Mark icon (found on most screens) will open help documentation relevant to the screen you are currently working in. It’s a fast easy way to find help for the task you are currently performing.
The HELP button (to the right of the Support button) will open a complete online Help manual covering all aspects of Synergy.

To Request Access to Different Areas of Synergy
If you currently do not have access to a specific area in Synergy that you need to work in, you can request access by submitting a Web Help Desk ticket. Use your current district Gmail login credentials to submit a new ticket. When creating your request, please use the request type of "Synergy" and please include your work location.
