  • Graduation Facts to Remember…

    Evening of Excellence – Thursday, May 28, 2020 at TBD

    GRADUATION: Thursday, June 4th, 2020 at 5:00PM

    Students must be at the Coliseum no later than 4:15PM 
    Dress appropriately

    GRADUATION PRACTICE on June 4th @ 8:00AM - 10:00AM IS REQUIRED

    • Location: Memorial Coliseum, Doors open 7:30AM, arrive at 7:45AM to find your assigned seat. Practice begins at 8AM​. Parking is free during practice.
    • Be sure to iron or steam your gown!! (Iron on the inside.)  
    • Last Day to turn in assignments is TBD.
    • Each student is given 10 tickets. Up to 5 Extra tickets may be requested in writing through Mr. Jason Bhear.
    • Grad Pix: pictures available online at events.lifetouch.com
    • Have you received a scholarship or award?  Report it to your Counselor. We want you to be recognized!!!   ​
    • “Check out” forms will be distributed TBD. Must be signed and returned by TBD.
    • Be sure to order your 8th Semester transcript for college in advance in the counseling office.

    Letters of Recommendations

    Seniors: Please remember to request letters of recommendation at least four weeks in advance from your counselor. This includes recommendation forms for the military, SENDedu and Common App. forms. Please see your counselor with any questions.
     

     

    SENIOR PICTURE REQUIREMENTS: Due February 28, 2020

    STUDENT PICTURES TAKEN BY LIFETOUCH PHOTOGRAPHY WILL BE PLACED IN THE YEARBOOK UNLESS A NEW PICTURE IS SUBMITTED.

    • Images can/will be cropped for you 
    • Head and upper torso
    • Digital files recommended (300dpi, JPG)
    • No hats
    • Color or black and white
    • Avoid tight crops on face

    Submissions must have a picture, student's name, ID number, message, and payment received on time, to be placed in the yearbook. Submissions missing payment will not be printed. Submissions should have an attached email address to confirm they were received.
