Oregon Promise is a state grant that helps to cover tuition costs at any Oregon community college for recent high school graduates. Students are eligible if they have a 2.50 cumulative high school GPA or higher and be an Oregon resident for at least 12 months prior to college attendance. The senior class will be completing this form together  in the fall of their senior year.
