Retirement and resignation HR forms in the portal
Two important HR forms can be found in the employee portal, https://ivweb.nwtoolbox.org/greshambarlow/ , under the Information Center/Forms & Documents/Human Resources. The Employee Retirement Form is to be completed and submitted to HR to notify the District of your intent to retire. The Employee Resignation Form is to be completed and submitted to HR to notify the District of your intent to resign your position. If either of these events are in your future, please complete the appropriate form and return it to Melissa Ceniceros, HR Specialist, as soon as possible.
