Parental and medical leaves require 30-day written notice
Is a parental or medical leave in your future? If so, please remember the law requires a 30-day notice to HR in advance of the leave. Please e-mail details of your leave request to Noelle Thelen. Without a 30 day notice, paid leave may have to be deferred. When it is not possible to give 30 days advance notice, notice must be given as soon as is practical, considering the facts and circumstances surrounding the need for leave.
