Hybrid/eGBSD (Comprehensive Distance Learning)
Because of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Gresham-Barlow School District is currently providing two educational options for our families: Instruction through the Hybrid Model or Comprehensive Distance Learning through eGBSD. The District follows the Oregon Department of Education's Ready Schools, Safe Learners guidance in an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19 and keep our community safe and healthy.
Parents requesting a change from the Hybrid Model to eGBSD or from eGBSD to the Hybrid Model should contact their student's school.

How teachers will take attendance during the Hybrid Model and eGBSD (Comprehensive Distance Learning)
Attendance is very important for your student’s academic success and connections with peers. In accordance with Oregon Department of Education (ODE) guidelines, attendance will be taken on a daily basis for each scheduled class. Daily participation is expected. For students in the Hybrid model, this means attending all online face-to-face sessions and assigned in-person sessions. For eGBSD students this means attending all online face-to-face sessions.
Grading during the Hybrid Model and eGBSD (Comprehensive Distance Learning)
Students will be assessed and graded as they were prior to our transition to online learning in the Spring.
