Parental and medical leaves require 30 Day written notice                            Notie

Is a parental or medical leave in your future?  If so, please remember the law requires a 30-day notice to HR in advance of the leave. Please e-mail details of your leave request to Noelle Thelen. Without a 30-day notice, paid leave may have to be deferred.  When it is not possible to give 30 days advance notice, notice must be given as soon as is practical, considering the facts and circumstances surrounding the need for leave. More information regarding parental and medical leaves can be found in the iV Web Portal. Log in, click on Information Center, then Benefits, then Parental and Medical Leaves, to find the information you need.
