    Chidcare Resources Update

    Please see below for information on childcare resources. In addition, Champions has a survey for staff members to share their childcare needs.
     

    Childcare Resources
    As you plan for fall, there are a number of childcare resources to support you and your family. Even though the Gresham-Barlow School District will not be offering childcare for staff, we will be providing as many area resources and contacts to help you. We will provide you with the most updated information as it becomes available. Please see below for current area care and financial support options.

    Champions Childcare
    For school-age children (5-12 years old) Champions childcare is offering full-day programming Monday-Friday.

    Childcare Program Search on 211
    211.org is a great resource to search for local childcare providers. All childcare providers in Oregon are currently operating on emergency status for essential workers. K-12 educators are considered essential. 211 has information for both pre-school and school-age care providers. Visit, call (211) or email for more information.

    Financial assistance
    Your family may qualify for financial assistance. Income caps have increased to help more families access this support during Covid-19. Please visit this website to learn more about the program and apply.
