Changing Your Passphrase

As a staff member of the Gresham-Barlow School District you are now able to reset and manage your passphrase. Please take a moment to review the following articles to learn how to enroll in GBSD's Self-Service Passphrase Management system, and change your passphrase.
Enrolling in GBSD's Self-Service Passphrase Management system
Enrolling will allow you to reset your passphrase in the event you have forgotten it. Please see the link below for instructions on how to set up your account.Forgot My Passphrase
If you have already enrolled in GBSD's Self-Service Passphrase Management system follow this guide to reset your passphrase after answering your challenge questions. If you have not yet enrolled you will need to contact the helpdesk.Changing Your Passphrase on a Mac

At this time we do not have a method to change passphrases directly from a Chromebook. You will need to login to a Mac or Windows computer with your district user account then follow the appropriate guide for changing your passphrase.
Passphrase Criteria

Passphrase Criteria:
- Minimum 16 Characters
- Can’t be one of the last 3 passphrases used
The criteria listed above are the minimum requirements, but we would recommend making a longer multi-word passphrase. Get more info about how to choose a passphrase.
