Innovation and Partnerships

We center our words, actions and decisions around our most marginalized student populations - Every time, Every day.

WHAT WE DO:

WE: Cultivate student engagement, academic, personal, social and emotional skills and mental health supports, as well as career exploration and connections. SO THAT: all students become culturally responsive, productive and involved community members and life‐long learners. WE: Build relationships with business, industry, government, education and culturally specific community partners. SO THAT: students have real world experiences which inform their future decisions.

WE: Develop multiple pathways to adult and career Success. SO THAT: students have access to educational options through reengagement, alternative education, postsecondary college, business and trades, and local industries.

WE: Use career pathways from preschool through postsecondary. SO THAT: our students have tools needed to achieve their future goals.

WE: Become the navigators next to students as they identify their goals and develop their skills. SO THAT: students take over driving their own journeys on their destinations to adult success.
