The Teaching and Learning Department is dedicated to equity by prioritizing the learning and growth of each student and educator in the Gresham-Barlow School District.

The primary responsibilities of this department include:

• Centering the needs of our diverse learners in the adoption of high-quality curriculum materials

• Supporting differentiated, rigorous, and culturally relevant instruction

• Implementing a variety of assessments designed to measure student growth and evaluate instructional effectiveness 

• Leading professional learning activities aligned with the needs of our educators
