Technology Support for Staff

Welcome to the Service Desk

The technology Service Desk is available to all GBSD staff. If you are a GBSD staff member and in need of immediate technical support, please call our Service Desk directly at (503) 258-4755 between the hours of 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM on normal school days. Our technical staff will work to provide a solution as quickly as possible.  If you need to submit a service request (example: if you need to have a new printer setup or you need a new software application installed) please submit a ticket through our district online ticket system called Freshservice (information below).
