Application Process

  • All employment applications and inquiries must go through GBSD Human Resources via TalentEd Recruit and Hire. We ask that you DO NOT send application materials or contact schools or principals directly.

    Applicants, both in-district and out-of-district, are required to apply online utilizing the TalentEd Recruit and Hire online application system.  Please use the link below to access the website and to view our current postings. Postings may be sorted according to position type by clicking on the arrow beside the "Job Title" column.

    Information that may be helpful:

    1.  Gresham-Barlow School District will take applications at any time.  If there isn't a current job posting you are interested in, you can apply through the "Future" Position postings in Recruit and Hire.  However, please note that filling out this application type simply allows you to create your profile so you are ready to apply when there is a posting of interest to you.  It does not put you in the applicant pool for any specific jobs; you will need to click on the "Apply" button for each individual job you wish to apply for.

    2.  Chrome is the preferred browser when entering the Recruit and Hire website.  If you are not successful getting into Recruit and Hire in one browser, we suggest that you try to get in through using another (i.e. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.).

    3.  All facts and information on applications and supporting documents must be true and complete to the best of your knowledge. Falsification, misrepresentation and omission, as well as any misleading statements or omissions, will be cause for denial of employment or immediate termination, regardless of when or how discovered.
