In the Gresham-Barlow School District, we remain committed to safety, belonging and the inherent dignity of every individual and we will work tirelessly to uphold this responsibility. The resources on this page provide information on the policies and programs available to families regarding Oregon students' rights and protections. 

 

Information for Immigrant and Refugee Families: 

• Know Your Rights Overview 
• Here is the link for Red Cards, this card outlines rights that all people have within the United States regardless of immigration status
• Print the appropriate language version of “Sanctuary Promise Hotline Information” or “Sanctuary Promise Hotline Card”

Family Emergency Plans:

These documents are important to complete for your family's safety. Each document must be completed in English, we ask that you reach out to your school to get assistance completing each document. Your family's school is able to print and translate them for you as well as help with any questions.
