Affordable Connectivity Program

Students and families in need of internet access should apply to the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) at The ACP provides a discount of up to $30 per month on internet service for eligible households. If you already participate in the free and reduced-price meals program, then you will qualify for this program. There are other ways to qualify for this program. Note: you can no longer apply for this program after February 7, 2024.

Oregon Telephone Assistance Program

This is a federal and state government program that provides a monthly discount on phone or broadband service for qualifying low-income Oregon households. You can learn more and apply at

Free for low-income customers for 60 days and $9.99/month after that. Learn more at
