Gresham High School drama students perform “Guys & Dolls”

Students grow their passion for the theater with classic musical comedy performance

Gresham High School (GHS) drama students bring the live adaptation of the classic musical comedy “Guys & Dolls” to the stage in early December.

Directed by GHS drama teacher Austin Joseph, “Guys & Dolls” tells an overlapping love story between two unlikely pairs—-gambler Nathan Detroit and his long engagement to nightclub singer Miss Adelaide and high-rolling gambler Sky Masterson, who falls in love with missionary Sarah Brown.

Through the production, GHS students continue growing their passion for the theater and grow as a community through friendship and teamwork to entertain audiences with outstanding costume and set designs, acting, singing, and dancing.
