Cathy is a life-long resident of Gresham. Although raised in Rockwood, the school boundaries changed, and she graduated from Gresham High School. Cathy and her husband, Todd, raised their children in Gresham. All three attended West Gresham, Dexter McCarty, and Gresham High School. Cathy has a Human Resource background which she used while working at Metro Service District and the City of Gresham. In addition to being a former elected City Councilor with the City of Gresham, she has spent many years working within the community with a variety of non-profit organizations. Cathy is passionate about representing the students in the Gresham-Barlow School District.
