Things to know/try before contacting the school:

  • Completely shutdown and restart your computer. This small action solves many issues.

  • Make sure that all parts of the charger are completely connected. If the charger is still not charging the Chromebook you may need to flip the USB-C plug over.

  • For better internet connection move to a room with windows or move closer to a window

  • Students are unable to check their own data use. When they have reached the mobile data limit they will still have data but after 30GB of use the connection will significantly slow down
