Question: Do you keep my documents on file for future use??
The Print Shop does not make a practice of storing documents for future use. Please be sure to keep your original electronic file, all linked image files and all fonts if you wish to use/print the file in the future.
Question: Can I send my files to you electronically?
Yes, you can send your files through our new online print shop website. you will need an account (if you do not already have one). When you send your files to us online, you will also be asked to fill out an electronic Work Order. Click Here to visit our online print shop.
Question: What paper colors may I choose?
Currently we offer a variety of colors in three standard sizes including white, blue, canary, pink, cherry, ivory, goldenrod, orchid, salmon, green, buff, gray and Tan. We can also print on NCR paper upon request.
Question: How long will it take to print my job?
We process orders in the order that they come in, so current order volume will have an impact on turnaround times. Our goal is to complete Standard jobs within two business days (off-line binding will take longer). Having a complete file (ready to print) and a properly filled out Work Order is of the utmost importance if time is critical.
